I created this yoga class for my dear friend, elite athlete, and Doctor of Physical Therapy, Hilary McCloy's running conditioning course called Run Strong. The focus is on relieving tension in the inner/outer hamstrings, hips, and quads, plus some balancing postures to strengthen the lower body and improve your overall performance.
I hope this provides you with poses you can practice for a pre or post-run stretch, feel more attuned to your body, and empowers you to continue to run strong.
